Description:
Developed the East African Agro-industry and Agro-enterprise Investment Strategy (E3AIS) which aimed to attract private sector investment in agro-processing in the EAC in order to overcome the problem of high post-harvest losses in staple foods. The Strategy and development program were approved by the Council of Ministers of the East African countries and is now a guide for private and public sector investment in Agro-industries.
