Kilimo Trust, with financial support from RTI through USAID’s Hanga Akazi initiative, is implementing a project aimed at creating 1,000 jobs for youth, women, and persons with disabilities within the dairy value chain. The project focuses on direct recruitment, upskilling, and entrepreneurship development for dairy farmers, milk collection centers, fodder service providers, animal feed suppliers, milk processors, veterinary service providers, agro-vet dealers, and farm machinery operators. The intervention is being carried out in Nyabihu, Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Kayonza, and Gicumbi districts
